Rumpus downloads are complete, fully-functional packages that include time-limited software, full user documentation, and all support files. These packages serve two purposes:

Free Trial Software

We believe that you should not only be able to test software products before purchasing, but actually be able to use them in a production system. This means that Rumpus demonstration packages are complete and have no limitations; they simply stop working at the end of the trial period. If you decide to purchase a Rumpus subscription, you will receive a serial number and validation code that will enable your trial software for as long as your subscription is maintained.

Version Upgrades

Rumpus package downloads are also used for software upgrades. When you need to upgrade, simply download the updated package and validate using your serial number and validation code. When upgrading, be sure to review the "Upgrading" article included in the package for special notes about upgrading from a previous version.
